Quotes About Self Esteem
Contents
Self esteem is a strange thing. At first glance we feel as if it is something that is instilled by outside forces.
Something is raised and can be lowered just as fast, like the tide. But the more we grow and learn, the more we find out that it is completely the opposite. As we will find this conclusion in most all the quotes below.
Self esteem, when we look at it, has the term “self” FIRST. That means, in it’s very basic essence, that you and I have the empower of the cultivation of the levels of self esteem we experience. You can raise you self esteem through continual hard work on ourselves. And self monitoring of our daily thoughts.
You can feel better about yourself and I the same, by simply making it an ultimate priority. Which often times, we can feel bad about just this thought. That if we focus on ourselves, it is somehow selfish. That if we make ourselves a priority, than we would naturally make others less of a priority.
And then again, this limiting belief is simply something that was instilled in us over the years. It is a false belief. As if you don’t fill your own cup up, you will first off, be very thirsty. And second of all, you will not be able to give to others what you don’t have.
So I want to encourage both of us to do away with this notion that we should not be putting ourselves first. As the more strength we have, the more we can build others up.
The more we love ourselves, the more we can both love others and experience true unconditional love.
We are the best thing on this earth. You and I deserve to feel great about ourselves. It is not vanity to do so. And even if you and I can’t shake the belief that it may be, who cares??
The point of life, in my opinion, is to get the absolute most out of it. To stay passionate, driven, go after your short and long term goals and because of it, find yourself in a state of admiration for yourself.
Call me a dreamer, but I truly believe you and I are deserving of feeling like we are the greatest thing to ever walk the earth.
If you happen to not be here yet, just give yourself the freedom to think of yourself as the best thing on earth, just for the short time we spend together as you read this list of quotes about self esteem, quotes about self love and quotes about self worth.
Allow yourself to marinate in these quotes. To let them sink in deeply into your consciousness. Allow yourself to be the fertile soil in which growth and cultivation of this new you emerges and is able to grow faster and stronger than ever.
And allow these quotes to essentially be the sun and nutrients needed to start off the journey of you and I cultivating a self love so pure, that it ultimately gives the world at large freedom to do the same. So we can do away with hate, and ultimately create a whole new earth for generations to come.
Don’t Miss: What is self esteem? (A Guide For Raising It)
Also, lastly before we jump into our self esteem quotes, let’s commit to each other, today that you and I will always take full responsibility for our lives. This is how we take the power back.
High levels of self esteem cannot be cultivated in a victim environment. That is why we need to be trading our fixed mindset for a growth mindset.
Once we start taking and assuming full responsibility for our lives, we are now in control. And once we are in control, we have all the say about everything that happens in our lives.
We can now see the world through the filter of a growth mindset. To where we see failure as feedback, set backs as steps before the comeback and lastly we see rejection as simply redirection.
And we believe in the fact that the entire world is conspiring to help us win. The ENTIRE UNIVERSE. We sink into it’s flow. And we are nourished by it. Naturally in this state, we seek things in life that add to our self esteem. And naturally we either get rid of bad habits, or they naturally fall away as darkness cannot live in a light place.
