We all deal with fear. Fear is a part of this life. And yet, we have all be blocked up by it. We’ve let it get the best of us. We have surrendered in the face of it. No one is off the hook when it comes to this.
And yet, we have to acknowledge that is is going to be part of our life until the day we leave this place (hopefully not in the next place we go to LOL)
So knowing this fact, we can now have affirmations for fear to face our fears with. It is like going into a construction job knowing you have every single tool on your belt, and more, to face whatever needs to be faced in order to get the job done correctly and with the most efficiency as possible.

It is OK for me to feel fear, but I have everything it takes to move forward in spite of.

Fear is nothing but a state of mind, and I have power over my own mind to change that state I am in.
Fear either strengthens or weakens by the way I use my body. Therefore I stand/sit powerfully whenever I am feeling or about to feel fear.
I have faced fears before and risen above them, showing myself that I can do so with whatever fear that ever comes into my experience.
I do not overthink my fears, I acknowledge them as real, and then move forward without thinking anymore about them.
Often times, fear can be partially a lie. It is trying to look bigger than it actually is to keep us safe. See it’s falsehood.
